Anne Meng, FMNM, CPNP, RNC

Anne Meng is a functional nurse practitioner and earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and completed a Post Master’s Program as a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas Medical Branch, in Galveston. She completed the Functional and Nutritional Medicine Fellowship through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine as well as certification in the ReCode 2.0 Bredeson program and co-founder of the Houston ReCode Memory Center.

Anne has extensive experience teaching nursing and designing health education programs whose effectiveness was supported through outcome-based evaluation research. She has several publications in peer reviewed journals and was awarded Nursing’s International Archon Award in recognition of a clinical asthma program that resulted in a 65% decrease in emergency room visits.

Dr. Shaun Lehmann, M.D. FAAPMR

Dr. Lehmann founded the Houston Spine & Sports Medicine Clinic in 2003.  He has extensive experience working with brain- injured patients and is co-founder of the Houston ReCode Memory Center along with Anne Meng, NP.He has completed extensive training in functional medicine and is certified in Dr. Bredesen’s ReCode 2.0 method and is committed to making the Houston ReCode Memory Center one of the top clinical sites for modern memory care.

He completed his medical degree from the University of North Dakota and served as the chief resident at Houston’s Baylor College of Medicine where he completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.  Following his residency, Dr. Lehmann received specialized fellowship training in Spine, Sports, and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, also at Baylor.  Dr. Lehmann has served as a volunteer Clinical Assistant Professor in PM&R at Baylor College of Medicine.
